"HFV has no HFV. But somehow has 2 motorcycles" (hondasfordsvolvo)

Car spotting in TWD has always been fun. A good way to exercise your “name that car” skills. Watching the season 8 teaser I laughed when I saw this Integra. A four door DA p, in 90s sea foam green, with some sweeet Riyumz.I’ve always had a soft spot for that color. The car looses solid too, I’d totally rescue this thing, even in a post apocalyptic setting.
I also noticed this cool El Dorado.
Oh and noticed this flipped, burnt 90s Blazer is somehow missing it’s drive shaft.
The funniest part is, I just finished season 7, and today I was thinking “that show is so fake, for one all the gas would have gone bad in the 2-4 years that have gone by now, and they haven’t shown anyone going to find gas in like 3 seasons.” And then the preview of the next season is Carol going to find some gas.
Also carol is off on his own, looking for gas, which probably means some bad shit went down and he got separated from the group and had to run from Negan...

I need to stop watching this show.
Jumped the shark a few seasons ago. The zombies don’t even pose a threat anymore. They used to over power people all the time.

Yeah. But that makes sense, most of people who are left are now experienced in fighting, and surviving. Some dumb zombies don’t scare them any more cuz they know how to handle the. The show has shifted from surviving the apocalypse to rebuilding civilization and I’m okay with that.
There has been some bullshit tho, like when Aaron fell in the water with like 5 zombies around him and some how got away. That dude should have been 110% dead. Or at least bit.

That might be the only way I’d watch the show, to car spot. My attention span is too short to stick with anything beyond a couple of episodes.
The Eldorado is actually a Coupe De Ville, circa 1975.

I mean, of course it’s gone. Is it not plausible that someone might need a driveshaft for their blazer?

My wife and I got hooked when we were dating we binged watched the whole first season on dvd. It’s just become a tradition to do the same every year when the last season hits Netflix.

Yeah but pulling one off a truck that burnt upside down probably wouldn’t be the best plan

Maybe the virus that has infected everyone is also in all the fuel and is stopping it going bad?
4 years airtight with no contamination would be fine. They should be making their own biodiesel though.

tbf, the bottom half isn’t that bad. You can tell since the tires are in okay shape.

I love car spotting TWD. The Smokey and The Bandit trailer, and 2nd gen Firebird in the background last season was a nice treat.
I did notice that driveshaft (and other parts) missing. I hate when they do that, it ruins the immersion.
Its like when they spent all this time and money on the CGI for the freeway scene in the Matrix Reloaded, and you can plainly see roll cages and skid plates in the cars flipping down the road.
